Technical Management ensures that all vessels are well maintained and operate at peak performance at all times. All maintenance on the machinery is logged down electronically which assists in a planned way to carry out the maintenance. This ensures proper utilization of spares and avoids unnecessary pile up spares on board.
Superintendents take a holistic approach and keep a keen eye on all the machinery parameters so as to identify early signs of breakdown and guide the ships staff accordingly.
